Abdulgaziev Tofik Sultanovich

Abdulgaziev Tofik Sultanovich, born June 19, 1981, resident of Simferopol, activist of the "Crimean Solidarity", sound engineer of the meetings of the "Crimean Solidarity" and the project "Crimean Childhood", helped in organizing events for the children of political prisoners and was engaged in sending parcels to political prisoners. He has four children.

On charges of involvement in Hizb ut-Tahrir, he was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment, including 5 years in prison, the rest in a strict regime penal colony, with restriction of freedom for 1 year under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power").

In custody since March 27, 2019.
