Abdulkadyrov Mansur, a resident of the village of Tsotsy-Yurt in the Kurchaloyevsky District of the Chechen Republic.

According to reports from opposition Telegram channels, he died as a result of torture in December 2024, after being illegally detained for several months following his abduction and forced to participate in the war against Ukraine. We do not know whether a criminal case was opened against him.
