Abdullaev Izzet Mustafaevich, born October 22, 1986, is an activist who regularly attended political trials in Crimea. He has a child.
He was sentenced to 12 years in prison on charges of involvement in Hizb ut-Tahrir, including 5 years in prison and the rest in a strict regime penal colony, with a 1-year restriction of freedom under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power").
In custody since March 27, 2019.
