Abishev Uralbai Kormangaleevich, born November 22, 1994, Russian citizen, resident of Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan).

On February 14, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 30, Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Preparation for participation in the activities of a terrorist organization") and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for high treason") to 9 years in a strict regime penal colony.

Presumably deprived of liberty since June 2023.
