Adilov Bilyal Abdurakhmanovich, born May 27, 1970, is a religious figure who regularly attended political trials in Crimea. He has eight children.
He was sentenced to 14 years in prison for alleged involvement in Hizb ut-Tahrir, including 5 years in prison and the rest in a maximum security penal colony, with a 1.5-year restriction of freedom after the imprisonment under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power").
In custody since March 27, 2019.
