Arsenyev Alexander Sergeyevich

Arsenyev Alexander Sergeyevich, born August 26, 1986, is a citizen of the Russian Federation and a resident of Moscow. He is charged under Part 2 of Article 214 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Vandalism motivated by political hatred") and Part 2 of Article 280.3 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces, committed for selfish motives"). He faces a combined sentence of up to 10 years and 6 months in prison. He has been incarcerated since March 7, 2025.
