Bagrova Yeva Vladislavovna, born May 30, 2008, resident of St. Petersburg, 8th grade student. Presumably, she was detained on December 27, 2024 under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (justification of terrorism) for allegedly hanging photographs of the founder of the Russian Volunteer Corps Denis Kapustin and one of the participants of the formation Alexei Levkin with the inscriptions "Honored Hero of Russia" on a stand in the school. Has been in custody since December 29, 2024.
The inclusion of people in the list of persons subject to criminal prosecution, which most likely contains signs of political motivation and a serious violation of the law, does not mean that they are recognized as political prisoners.
