Baidyuk Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, assistant grenade launcher operator, is charged under Article 278 ("Violent seizure of power", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment) and Part 2 of Article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. For such combination of crimes one is liable to up to 30 years' imprisonment.
