Balabanov Mikhail Vyacheslavovich, born June 12, 2002, resident of Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan), graduated from the Aviation Technical College, worked as a salesman. On May 22, 2024, he was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with the first 2 years to be served in prison under Part 1 of Art. 30, Part 1 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (""Preparation for an Act of Terrorism"").

Deprived of liberty since December 19, 2022.
