Chugaev Ilya Ivanovich, born May 16, 1990, resident of the city of Syktyvkar, Komi Republic. On November 29, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Public justification of terrorism on the Internet”) to 3 years in a general regime penal colony, with a ban on administering websites and channels on the Internet for 2 years after his release. Deprived of liberty since August 16, 2024.
