Dudka Volodymyr Mikhailovich, born September 30, 1964 in Sumy, Ukrainian SSR, a resident of Sevastopol, a citizen of Ukraine and Russia, graduated from the radio intelligence department of the Kaliningrad Higher Naval School, served as an officer in the USSR Navy, and then in the Ukrainian Navy in Crimea. Sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony and a fine of 350 thousand roubles (~€3750) under Part 1 of Article 30, paragraph a) of Part 2 of Article 281 ("Preparation for sabotage as part of an organised group"), Part 3 of Article 222.1 ("Illegal acquisition, storage of explosive substances or devices committed by an organised group") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In custody since November 9, 2016.
