Efimov Vladimir Svyatoslavovich

Efimov Vladimir Svyatoslavovich, born November 27, 1954, citizen of Russia, resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, pensioner, journalist, chairman of the Kamchatka regional branch of the Yabloko party. On March 31, 2023, under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation"), he was sentenced to a fine of 200 thousand rubles, which on June 19, 2024 was replaced by restriction of freedom for a term of 6 months.

On January 27, 2025, under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment in a penal colony, on March 28, 2025, the court on appeal reduced the sentence to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment. On April 4, 2025, he was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 282.4 ("Repeated public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols") and another episode of Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for the totality of the sentences, he was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment in a penal colony.

He was in custody from August 22 to October 18, 2024, and released under house arrest.
