Accused of committing crimes under:

Part 3 of Art. 223.1 ("Illegal manufacture of explosive substances committed by an organised group"),

Part 3 of Art. 222 ("Illegal acquisition, storage of firearms, their main parts and ammunition for them, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy"),

Part 2 of Art. 205.4 ("Participation in a terrorist organisation"),

Part 1 of Art. 30, subparagraph "a" of Part 2 of Art. 205 ("Preparation for a terrorist act committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

On March 1, 2024, he was sentenced by the Central District Military Court, the punishment is unknown.
