Goncharova (Kuts) Viktoria Vasilyevna, born May 6, 1970, citizen of the Russian Federation, native of the Ukrainian city of Kremenchug, resident of the village of Tulsky in the Republic of Adygea, organiser of shelters for homeless animals.

On May 30, 2023 he was sentenced by the Maykop District Court under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation motivated by political hatred and enmity") and Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation") to 6.5 years in a general regime penal colony.
