Gorinov Aleksei Aleksandrovich, born July 26, 1961, resident of Moscow, deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Krasnoselsky Municipal District of Moscow, activist of the democratic movement "Solidarity", higher education, married. On July 8, 2022, he was sentenced under paragraphs "a", "b", "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by a group of persons using their official position for reasons of political hatred") to 7 years in a general regime penal colony. On September 19, 2022, the court reduced the term on appeal to 6 years and 11 months. While serving his sentence in the penal colony, Gorinov was charged with a new charge - under Part 1 of Article 205.2 ("Public justification of terrorism", liable to up to 5 years in prison). On November 29, 2024, the court sentenced Gorinov to 3 years in prison. In two cases, he was sentenced to another 5 years in a strict regime colony. He has been in custody since April 26, 2022.
