Kharlamov Aleksandr Sergeevich

Kharlamov Aleksandr Sergeevich, resident of the Moscow region. On April 24, 2025, under Article 275.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Cooperation on a confidential basis with a foreign state, international or foreign organization", up to 8 years of imprisonment), he was sentenced to 6 years in a general regime penal colony. He has been in custody presumably since November 2023.
