Khiliuk Dmytro Vasylevich, born June 12, 1975, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the village of Kozarovichi, Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region, Ukraine, correspondent for the Ukrainian Independent Information Agency (UNIAN).

Kidnapped from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, illegally taken to Russia and held in a correctional facility without any procedural status. Deprived of liberty since March 4, 2022.

Released as part of a prisoner exchange on August 24, 2025.
