Karelin Sergei Valentinovich, born February 11, 1983, citizen of Russia and Israel, resident of Moscow, videographer, journalist, collaborated with Associated Press and Deutsche Welle. Accused under Part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in an extremist organisation", liable to up to 6 years in prison).

Deprived of liberty since April 27, 2024.
