Karimov Khotamjon Sharifboevich, born February 2, 1981 in the village of Kistakuz, Republic of Tajikistan, lived in the Penza Oblast, citizen of the Russian Federation. Has four minor children in his care, born in 2004, 2009, 2010 and 2015. Married, has no previous convictions, unemployed.

Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") to 10 years in a strict regime penal colony.

In custody since March 26, 2017.
