Kazantsev Evgeny Viktorovich

Kazantsev Evgeny Viktorovich, born on September 18, 1987, citizen of Russia, native of St. Petersburg, resident of the city of Chernigov in Ukraine. On November 28, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 208 as amended by June 6, 2016 No. 375-FZ ("Participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation"), Part 2 of Article 282.2 ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organization"), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Illegal acquisition and carrying of firearms and ammunition") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
