Klokov Valery Valerievich,born on August 16, 1985, lives in Barnaul, Altai Krai. On February 7, 2025, under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization) in connection with membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 3 years in a general regime penal colony. He was detained on July 29, 2023. He was under house arrest from July 31, 2023 to June 28, 2024, when he was released under a ban on certain actions. He was taken into custody after the verdict was announced.
