Kokhovets Yuri Anatolyevich, born October 7, 1985, resident of Moscow, worked as a pest control specialist.

On April 22, 2024, he was sentenced under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Russian Armed Forces based on political hatred") to 5 years of compulsory work. On September 17, 2024, the appellate court increased the punishment, sentencing him to 5 years in a general regime penal colony.
