Konovalov Fyodor Pavlovich

Konovalov Fyodor Pavlovich, born January 25, 1998, lived in St. Petersburg, worked as a cleaner at the Shostakovich Philharmonic. Disabled since childhood due to a psychiatric diagnosis.

On 3 October 2024, he was sentenced under part 1 and part 1.1 of article 205.1 ("Inclination to terrorist activity"), part 2 of article 205.2 ("Calls for terrorist activity using the Internet") and part 2 of article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 11 years in a strict regime penal colony, with the first 3 years to be served in prison.

Deprived of liberty since August 21, 2023.
