On May 19, 2023, the Miass City Court sentenced him under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 280.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for the implementation of activities directed against state security, using the media or electronic or information and telecommunications networks, including the Internet") to 2 years in a general regime penal colony.

Deprived of liberty since May 19, 2023.
