Lavrentyev Maksim Anatolyevich, born August 9, 1981, resident of the city of Kemerovo, veteran of military operations (served in Chechnya). Blogger, activist of the movement "Don't Be Inert", collaborated with the registered publication "Rosderzhava" (whose employees Alexandr Dorogov and Yan Katelevsky are currently also accused of several criminal articles and are in custody in the Moscow Oblast).
On August 16, 2024, he was sentenced to 9 years in a general regime penal colony under Part 2 of Article 213 ("Hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy with the use of objects used as weapons"), Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code ("Intentional infliction of minor bodily harm"), Part 2 of Article 318 ("Use of violence dangerous to life and health against a government official in connection with the performance of his official duties") and paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article. 282 ("Incitement of hatred or enmity within an organized group based on belonging to a social group of law enforcement officers") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In custody since his arrest on June 26, 2020.
