Lishchinsky Mark Andreevich

Lishchinsky Mark Andreevich, born on August 16, 1998, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the city of Ternopil, serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine. On November 12, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Training in terrorist activity") to 18 years in a strict regime penal colony. Deprived of liberty in May 2022.
