Lukin Sergei Aleksandrovich, born October 10, 1971, resident of Biysk, Altai Krai.

On December 11, 2024, on charges of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of an extremist organization) in connection with membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months of probation. On March 13, 2025, the appellate court replaced the probationary term with 4 years and 6 months of forced labor in a correctional center.

He was under a written undertaking not to leave since January 25, 2023.
