Malyov Yuri Evgenievich, born November 16, 1963, resident of New York (USA), citizen of the Russian Federation and the United States. On June 5, 2024, on charges under Part 4 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Desecration of symbols of military glory committed using the Internet", liable to up to 5 years in prison), sentenced to 3.5 years in a penal colony.
