Sentenced to 16 years and 9 months of strict regime with 1 year 6 months of restricted freedom under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organising activities of a terrorist organisation"), and Part 2 of Article 35, Part 1 of Article 30 of Article 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power by an organised group by prior conspiracy").

In custody since May 12, 2016.
