Memetshaev Arsen Alievich, born January 25, 1996, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the Kherson region, secondary general education, engaged in agricultural work. On September 29, 2023, on charges of a crime under Part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation"), he was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment with the first year to be served (probably) in prison, the remainder of the term - in a strict regime colony. Deprived of liberty no later than May 25, 2023.
