Mikholap Andrei Viktorovich, born November 21, 1968, resident of the city of Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Accused under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code in connection with membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia. Deprived of liberty since July 2, 2024.
