Mizhhorodskyi Oleh Dmytrovych

Mizhhorodskyi Oleh Dmytrovych, born September 16, 1979, married, father of four young children; from 2016 to August 2021, when he was dismissed, he served in the Azov special forces regiment as a driver, commander of a vehicle platoon, with the military rank of lieutenant.

He was accused under Part 4 of Art. 35, Art. 278 ("Commission by a criminal organisation of actions aimed at the violent seizure of power and the violent change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 20 years in prison), Part 1 of Art. 205.5 ("Organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to life imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Deprived of liberty since spring 2022.
