Momunov Kanzharbek was born on April 1, 1983 in Kyrgyzstan. Before his arrest, he lived in Moscow. He is a father of two young children.

On December 18, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation", up to 6 years in prison). Sentence unknown.
