Charged under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 280.4 ("Public calls for the implementation of activities directed against state security, using the Internet", liable to up to 6 years in prison) and paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination, under the guise of reliable messages, of knowingly false information containing data on the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, motivated by political hatred", liable to up to 10 years in prison).

She had been in custody since August 18, 2023, and was transferred to house arrest or a ban on certain actions around January 2024.
