Mukhin Oleksandr Oleksandrovych

Mukhin Oleksandr Oleksandrovych, born January 5, 1993, citizen of Ukraine; served in the Azov Special Forces Regiment as a rifleman and grenade launcher with the rank of senior soldier from 2017 to 2018, when he was discharged.

He is accused under Part 4 of Art. 35, Art. 278 ("Commission by a criminal organisation of actions aimed at the violent seizure of power and the violent change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment), Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment), Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities", liable to up to life imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Deprived of liberty since spring 2022.
