Murnev Nikolai Sergeevich

Murnev Nikolai Sergeevich, born September 16, 1988, resident of the city of Yessentuki, Stavropol Krai, biker, auto mechanic. He is married and has four young children. Charged under Part 1 of Article 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation to commit a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy", up to 10 years in prison). On May 4, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal acquisition without the intent to sell narcotics in large quantities") to 3 years of suspended imprisonment. Based on the combined sentences, he faces up to 13 years in prison, minus the time already served.

Deprived of liberty since October 12, 2022.
