Muryha Denys Volodymyrovych, born on August 9, 1984, native of Crimea, resident of the city of Rubezhnoye, Luhansk region of Ukraine, has higher education, former assistant to the mayor of the city of Rubezhnoye, divorced, raising a minor child. Citizen of Russia and Ukraine.

On June 20, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 208 ("Participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation") and Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 16 years in a strict regime colony.
