Igor Konstantinovich Paskar, born on April 21, 1976, is a resident of Volgograd, a small entrepreneur and laborer. He had previously been prosecuted for drug possession. He was convicted under Part 1 of Article 205 (“Terrorist act”) and Part 2 of Article 214 (“Vandalism”) of the Russian Criminal Code and sentenced to 8 years and 6 months of imprisonment. The appellate court upheld the verdict. He has been in custody since June 14, 2022.
