Polkanov Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich, born December 28, 1984, resident of Tomsk. On April 23, 2024, he was sentenced on charges of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 5 years in prison).
