Ponomaryov Konstantin Anatolievich

Ponomaryov Konstantin Anatolievich, born August 14, 1971 in Moscow, lived in Moscow, entrepreneur. Married, has two minor children born in 2006 and 2009.

On July 9, 2019, the Lyubertsy City Court of the Moscow Region found Ponomarev guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Knowingly false denunciation of a crime") and three episodes of a crime under Part 3 of Article 33, Part 3 of Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("organisation of a knowingly false denunciation of a crime") and sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.

On December 9, 2020, the Solnechnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region found Ponomarev guilty of committing crimes under:

- Part 2 of Article 198 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Evasion of taxes by an individual on an especially large scale"). Based on paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Article 24 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, he was released from the appointed punishment (in the form of 2 years of imprisonment) due to the expiration of the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution (By the decision of the Krasninsky District Court of the Smolensk Region dated June 25, 2020, Ponomarev K.A. was ordered to pay personal income tax arrears, penalties, a fine, and state duty in the total amount of more than 5.8 billion roubles);

- paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 199 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Evasion of taxes payable by an organisation on an especially large scale");

- Part 3 of Art. 30, Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted fraud committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale") and sentenced to imprisonment for 8 years, with a fine of 900,000 roubles to the state. For the aggregate of crimes, by partially adding up the sentences for two sentences, the final sentence was imprisonment for 10 years and 2 months in a general regime penal colony, with a fine of 900,000 roubles to the state.

The court partially satisfied the civil claim of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for Moscow, ruling to collect from K. Ponomarev the amount of corporate income tax and value added tax, as well as the amount of penalties on corporate income tax and the amount of penalties on value added tax in the total amount of 12,605,789,320 roubles.

On July 4, 2024, the Safonovsky District Court of the Smolensk Region, due to changes in legislation, reduced the sentence to 8 years and 2 months in a general regime penal colony with a fine of 900,000 roubles to the state. Detained on June 6, 2017.
