Romantsov Ihor Olehoych, born on February 14, 1995, citizen of Ukraine, native of the city of Rubezhnoe, Luhansk Oblast.

On April 7, 2025, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Participation in a terrorist organisation”) and Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities”). The term of imprisonment and date of detention are unknown.
