Seitabdiev Seitveli Eskenderovich, born March 16, 1994, resident of Simferopol, activist of the "Crimean Solidarity", he was engaged in sending parcels to political prisoners. Seitveli has two children.
Under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Art. 30 and Art. 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power"), he was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony, of which 5 years in prison, then upon his release from the colony he will have 1 year of restricted freedom. On July 7, 2023, the appellate court upheld the sentence.
In custody since March 27, 2019.
