Seitumerov Seitumer Shukrievich, born June 28, 1988. Resident of Bakhchisarai in Crimea. Activist of "Crimean Solidarity". Citizen of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. Seitumer has a higher education in history, worked as a bricklayer. He is married and has a young child.

On charges of membership in the banned organisation "Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami", which, even according to the investigation, did not participate in violent actions, was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime penal colony with the first 3 years and 6 months to be served in prison and restriction of freedom for 1 year and 6 months under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organising activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 30 in conjunction with Article 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power").

In custody since March 11, 2020.
