Sergunin Igor Sergeevich, born January 10, 1978, resident of Moscow, widower, father of a minor child, lawyer. On January 17, 2025, under Part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in an extremist organisation", liable to up to 6 years of imprisonment) in connection with participation in an allegedly extremist organisation created by Alexei Navalny, which, according to investigators, was expressed in the transfer of information from him from the penal colony, he was sentenced to 3.5 years in a general regime colony.
Has been in custody since October 13, 2023.
