Settarov Vladimir Vitalyevich, born on 13 December 2000, resided in Razdolnensky district of Crimea, citizen of Ukraine, engaged in agricultural work, single. On 22 November 2023 he was sentenced under part 2 of article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (‘Participation in the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation, not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation’) to 5 years 6 months in a strict regime colony, the first year was served in prison. Deprived of liberty presumably from 29 May 2023.
