Shirshikov Yaroslav Yurievich

Shirshikov Yaroslav Yurievich, born July 31, 1987, resident of Yekaterinburg, public relations specialist, CEO and founder of Niccolo Machiavelli Research Institute of Political Singularity LLC, father of a minor child. Previously convicted under Part 3 of Article 212 ("Calls for mass riots") and Part 5 of Article 128.1 ("Slander combined with an accusation of a person of committing a grave or especially grave crime") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. On February 27, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public justification of terrorism using the Internet") to 2 years in a general regime penal colony.
In custody from April 18 to June 14, 2023, then taken into custody again in the courtroom on February 27, 2024.
