Shogin Evgeny Valentinovich was born on June 13, 1973 in the city of Alushta, Republic of Crimea, Ukraine. Accused under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist community", up to 15 years in prison). Deprived of liberty no later than August 21, 2024.
