Smailov Edem Nazimovich
Smailov Edem Nazimovich, born May 22, 1968, lived in the village of Dolinnoye, Bakhchisaray district, activist of the "Crimean Solidarity". Edem received a higher engineering and technical education, worked as a builder and decorator. He is married and has three children.
Sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony under Part 2 of Article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power").
In custody since May 21, 2018.
