On charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years in prison) and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power", liable to up to 10 years in prison), sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment with the first 4 years to be served in prison and 1 year of restricted freedom after release. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
In custody since August 17, 2021.
