Tyurenko Aleksandr Andreevich, born August 13, 2000, resident of the city of Bakhchisaray (Crimea), graduate of the construction college.

On January 29, 2024, accused under Part 2 of Art. 214 ("Vandalism motivated by hostility toward a social group") and Part 4 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Dissemination of information expressing obvious disrespect for society about days of military glory and memorable dates of Russia associated with the defense of the Fatherland, as well as desecration of symbols of military glory of Russia, insult to the memory of defenders of the Fatherland or humiliation of the honor and dignity of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, committed publicly using the Internet"). He was sentenced to 2 years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 2 years. On April 9, 2024, the appellate court considered the prosecution's appeal and sentenced Alexander Tyurenko to 2 years of imprisonment in a penal colony.

He was in custody since August 26, 2023; on November 3, 2023, the preventive measure was changed to a ban on certain actions.
